Data Privacy: Incensera does not store, view, or retain your full card numbers or security codes. All transactions are routed directly through our authorized payment processors.

3. Billing & Order Confirmation

Your selected payment method is authorized and charged when you complete your order at checkout.
Once payment is processed, an automated order confirmation is sent to the email address provided. Please check your spam folder before attempting to re-order.
To avoid delays from security screening, please ensure your billing details match the address on file with your payment provider.

4. Failed Transactions & Fraud Prevention

All transactions undergo automated security screening. If your payment is declined, please double-check your card number, expiration date and CVV, your billing address, and available funds. If the information is accurate but the transaction still fails, contact your card issuer or choose another payment method. We reserve the right to flag, hold, or cancel any transaction suspected of fraudulent activity; if an order is cancelled for security reasons, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.

All prices in our store are shown in euros (EUR) and include statutory VAT.
